Kathryn and Eric’s Santa Teresa wedding was held on the south side of town in a more quiet part of the beach. The Bliss Wedding team along with all the amazing vendors created such a gorgeous setting to complement the natural beauty of Costa Rica.
Kat and Gary chose the lively beach town of Tamarindo, Costa Rica to gather 80 of their friends and family together to celebrate their love.
Check out Allison and Tim’s entire Santa Teresa beach wedding below. Don’t miss the beautiful circular ceremony altar created by Stylos y Flores and Allison’s to-die-for Galia Lahav dress!
Kevin’s brother Kyle got in contact with me a while back about wanting to gift Kevin and his soon to be sister-in-law Rebecca a honeymoon portrait session here in Santa Teresa. What a sweet and thoughtful gesture! I was stoked to meet them in their post-wedding bliss and be a part of making this gift become a reality.
Rachel and Amado came down to Costa Rica with their tightest group of friends to exchange their love vows. As a Santa Teresa wedding photographer I’m always flattered to be asked to shoot one of the biggest days of a couples’ life together, but when that couple happens to be two filmmakers it’s an extra special feather in the cap.
Reah and Bala chose the W Costa Rica – Reserva Conchal for their elopement. It was so much fun to be included in their intimate day of love! Don’t miss the shot of the monkey swinging by to say hello during their ceremony – the ultimate Costa Rican witness.
On the beaches of Playa Langosta, Costa Rica a little over a year ago it was a different scene, with Jeff nervously awaiting sunset to propose to Lisa… Cut to this day and their beautiful destination elopement Costa Rica, where on the same beach at Sueno del Mar they said “We Do”.
Next to the definition of love at any age is certainly a photo of Lou and Bill. This couple has that spark, pazazz and beautiful story to go along with it. Bill was a widow, Lou divorced, and both have older children. Lou and Bill met at bar over Smokey Manhattan drinks and the rest was history. Their Costa Rica micro wedding was broadcast on Zoom for all of their extended family and friends at home to view. At the end of their ceremony they toasted with Smokey Manhattans as a salute to their first meeting.
Shyla and Wayne came down to Santa Teresa to escape the winter and get one last hooray before their baby boy arrives. Shyla reached out looking for a Santa Teresa photographer to document their babymoon and also get a shot that would capture the perfect maternity announcement. I think we got just that!
As a Santa Teresa elopement photographer, this couple was a dream – super sweet, gorgeous (Hailey is a model!) and up for anything. We decided to do a morning elopement because of the beach restrictions and I’m so in love with the results.
As far as proposals go, this Santa Teresa proposal has to be one of the cutest I’ve shot. It was a simple set up but the sequence of reaction shots of Blaire just takes the cake. She was genuinely shocked!
